No. 21 Women's XC Wins Dickinson Short for Second Year in a Row

CARLISLE, Pa. – The 21st-ranked Washington and Lee University women's cross country team secured first place in the short race at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational, for the second consecutive year. 

The Blue and White were led by sophomore Olivia Warr, who claimed the individual title with a 4k a time of 14:22.5.

The Generals placed the first four runners in the top five for six points. The Dickinson Short 4k calculates a team score by counting the first three finishers' scores and one displacing score.

W&L finished ahead of Shippensburg (23 points) and Kutztown (29 points).

  2. Cassie Carr - 14:36.3 - 2nd
  3. Emma Mitchell - 14:43.3 - 3rd
  4. Mimi Kemp - 14:50.3 - 4th
