LANCASTER, Pa. – The Washington and Lee University field hockey team fell to Franklin & Marshall 2-0 on Saturday afternoon in a non-conference tilt.
The Diplomats (3-4) scored early and added another goal in the third quarter, while the Generals (5-2) were unable to capitalize on their opportunities despite earning six penalty corners and taking eight shots. Franklin & Marshall's defense, led by goalkeeper Meghan Dole, who made four saves, kept W&L off the board.

- 35:51 – F&M – Keira Boensch doubled the lead for Franklin & Marshall, assisted by Alison McCarey.
