LEXINGTON, Va. – The No. 23 Washington and Lee men's swimming team came away with a 166-90 win over Randolph-Macon to improve to 4-0 on the season on Saturday afternoon.
Highlights from the meet:
-W&L won all 14 events on the afternoon, with six different swimmers winning at least one individual event and had four win multiple races.
-The Generals were paced by sophomores Danny Lynch (Richmond, Va./Trinity Episcopal School) and Patrick Sullivan (Pawleys Island, S.C./Waccamaw) who both won three individual races and were part of winning relays as well. Lynch won the 100 (54.33) and 200 backstroke (2:00.37) events, the 200 individual medley (2:01.66) and swam the opening leg on the winning 200 medley relay (1:37.35). Sullivan was victorious in the 50 (21.54), 200 (1:43.72) and 500 freestyle (4:50.48) races and swam anchor for the winning 200 freestyle relay (1:27.93).
-Junior Jared Nickodem (Jackson, Wis./Cedarburg Senior) and first-year Steve Warren (Westfield, N.J./Westfield) won two events each, with Nickodem winning the 100 (52.90) and 200 butterfly (1:58.93) events and Warren touching the wall first in the 100 (58.72) and 200 breaststroke (2:14.32) events.

-Van Vooren, Rawls, Bancks Holmes, Sullivan – 200 freestyle relay (1:27.93)
