The Generals (14-3, 7-2 ODAC) responded by going on an 8-4 run over the next three minutes capped on a triple by first-year guard Emily Perszyk (Greendale, Wis./Greendale) to trim the advantage to three (15-12) with 12:47 left before halftime.

The spurt continued at the start of the second half, as the Quakers outscored the Generals, 16-5, in the first seven minutes to push the lead to 53-30 with 13:04 left in the contest. Guilford would extend its lead the rest of the game until reaching the final margin of 77-38.

Perszyk was a bright spot for the Generals, scoring 15 points off the bench on 5-of-11 from the field. The rest of the Blue and White ended the game 9-of-43 (20.9 percent) from the floor.

The Quakers' Anais Weatherly led the team with a double-double. The sophomore guard totaled 14 points and 14 rebounds, while dishing out five assists. First-year guard Lauren Ramsey recorded 15 points, five rebounds and five assists.
