LEXINGTON, Va. – Washington and Lee senior midfielder Ainsley Daigle (Lafayette, La./Episcopal School of Acadiana) scored the game-winning goal to lead the Generals to a 2-1 overtime win over St. Mary's College of Maryland on Saturday afternoon at Watt Field.

Just 2:56 into overtime, Daigle's shot from the right side hit the left post and bounced in the back of the net.

Using a deflected shot by sophomore forward Katherine Rush (Cornelius, N.C./Providence Day School), first-year midfielder Becca Dunn (Houston, Texas/Memorial) scored the Generals' (11-2-1) tying goal at the 69:27 mark.

First-year Addie Healy (Waterford, Va./Woodgrove) spent the entire game in net for the Blue and White, stopping two shots and recording one goal-against.

Junior Allison Griffin (Dayton, Md./River Hill) registered three saves and two goals-against while spending the entire 92:56 in goal for the Seahawks.
