HARRISONBURG, Va.-- Eastern Mennonite's sophomore attacker Alyssa Derstine tallied two goals to lead the Royals to a 2-1 ODAC victory over the Washington and Lee field hockey team Tuesday evening in Harrisonburg, Va.

Derstine's first tally came off a penalty stroke at the 24:38 mark. The Royals (4-5, 3-0) then added to their lead, again from an unassisted Derstine goal at 44:00 that put Eastern Mennonite up 2-0.

The Generals (4-3, 1-1) climbed to within 2-1 at 47:24 on an unassisted goal by sophomore forward Stephanie Mansey (Mendham, N.J./Randolph), but could not get any closer as EMU held on for the win.
