ATLANTA, GA -- Washington and Lee's women's soccer (6-2) team lost their first non-conference game of the season on Saturday afternoon to the hands of Emory University, 1-0 in Atlanta.

Emory's Jill Warm scored the only goal of the game at the 84th minute to give Emory the victory. W&L goalkeepers Lauren Harris and Stephanie McKnight combined for eight saves on the afternoon.

The Generals will look to get back on the winning track on Wednesday afternoon when they play at Lynchburg College. Kick-off will be at 4:00.
