High School: Earned four letters in wrestling, three in lacrosse and one in cross country at Cape Henlopen High School ... also competed in soccer for one year ... served as a team captain for the lacrosse and wrestling squads ... helped lead the lacrosse team to a state championship as a junior ... three-year state championship qualifier ... placed third at the state wrestling tournament as a senior ... received the Superintendent's Award all four years.
