(Indoor) Placed second in the 5,000m(18:49.88) and third in the mile (5:23.99) at ODAC''s (2/24) ...(Outdoor) Claimed second in the 3,000mSteeplechase (11:39.69) to earn All-ODAC honors at the conferencemeet (4/21) ... took sixth in the 1,500m (4:58.67) at ODAC''s ...ran her season-best time of 4:50.49 in the 1,500m at theHopkins/Loyola Invite (4/14) ... had a season-best time of 37:42.26in the 10,000m (37:42.26) at the Dr. Keeler Invitational(5/11).

2010-11: Lettered in both cross country andtrack & field... ODAC champion in the 3000m steeplechaseoutdoors ... (Indoor) Claimed an All-ODAC accoladewith a 5th-place finish in the 1 mile and then an 8th-place in the5000m (9:36.89) ... Posted a season-best time of 5:24.82 at theLafayette/Rider Winter Games ... Finished 8th in the 1000m(3:19.47) at the Liberty Invitational. (Outdoor)Finished 3rd in the 5000m at the ODAC Championships (19:10.22) ...One leg the winning Distance Medley Relay (13:11.96) at RoanokeInvitational ... Earned 9th-place in the 5000m (18:47.60) at theLiberty Invitational ... Posted a season-best time of 11:32.08 inthe steeplechase at the Liberty Twilight.

2009-10: Lettered her first season.(Indoor Track & Field): Earned First TeamAll-ODAC honors by capturing the 5,000 meters in  at ODACs ...also placed third in the mile … (Outdoor Track &Field): Was named the ODAC Rookie of the year afterwinning the 3,000 meter steeplechase and finishing second in the5,000 meters.

High School: Four-year letterwinner in crosscountry, and indoor and outdoor track & field at Hopkinton… helped lead the cross country team to four leaguechampionships … also helped lead the outdoor track &field team to four league championships and the indoor track teamto one league title … the outdoor track team won the statechampionship in 2006 … three-time Tri-Valley League CrossCountry All-Star … indoor track all-star in 2008 and outdoorall-star in 2009 … earned the most improved award in crosscountry as a junior and the coaches award as a senior.
