2014-15: Participated in her third season, while dealing with injuries ... (Indoor) Took 13th in the mile at the CNU Holiday Open (12/6) with a time of 5:45.22 ... (Outdoor) Finished 16th at the W&L Carnival (3/20) in the 5,000m (19:47.77).

2013-14: Competed in her second season ... (Indoor) Placed ninth in the 5,000m at the ODAC Championship (3/2) with a season-best time of 19:51.85 … (Outdoor) Finished second in the 5,000m at the Commonwealth Duals (3.29) with a time of 20:11.16 … finished with season-best times in the 1,500m (5:13.35) and 10,000m (41:11.16) at the ODAC Championship (4/18-19).

2012-13: Lettered in her first season ... (Indoor) Did not compete ... (Outdoor) Took eighth in the 10,000m (40:00.67) at the ODAC Championship (4/19) ... finished third with a time of 5:12.64 in the 1,500m at the Commonwealth Duals (3/30) ... ran a season-best time of 5:10.23 in the 1,500m at the Johnson C. Smith University Invitational (4/13).

High School: Lettered 11 times during her prep career with four in cross country, four in outdoor track and field and three in indoor track and field ... earned the Outstanding Senior Athlete Award in 2012 ... was a captain of her cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field teams her senior year ... received the Coach''s Award for cross country in 2009 , for outdoor track and field in 2010 and 2012 and for indoor track and field in 2010-11 and 2011-12 ... in 2010, was the the cross country team''s Most Valuable Player, the Charles County Athlete of the Year and the Southern Maryland Athletic Conference''s Most Outstanding Player ... her 2009 outdoor track and field team claimed the state championship.

Personal: Had two cousins play lacrosse at Air Force and an uncle who was a lacrosse player at Air Force ... a biology and environmental studies double major.
