2021: A three-year letterwinner and a captain this season. 

2020: No season because of COVID-19.

2019: Ran in seven races during her sophomore campaign ... one of seven runners on the team to compete at the NCAA Championship (11/23), crossing the finish line in 24:01.10 ... earned all-region accolades with a 16th-place finish at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional (11/16) in a 6k career-best time of 22:30.80 ... garnered Second Team All-ODAC laurels by taking ninth (22:38.00) at the ODAC Championship (11/2). 

2018: Competed in five meets in her rookie season … placed 18th at the ODAC Championship (10/27) with a season-best time of 24:16.8 … claimed sixth (20:11.2) at the 5k Shenandoah Hornet Harrier (9/22) … finished 14th (24:45.0) at the Christopher Newport Invitational (10/6).

High School: Competed in indoor and outdoor track and field, cross country and tennis during her prep career at The Pingry School in New Jersey and St. Stephen's Episcopal School in Texas ... in cross country, she earned all-conference honors from the Southwest Preparatory Conference at St. Stephen's Episcopal School in 2015 ... in track and field, she was first team all-conference in the 400m in 2017 ... holds the Pingry indoor track 800m record and is a member of the record holding 4x400m relay and the 4x800m relay ... won the state championship in the 800m in 2017 during the indoor track season ... was a New Jersey sectional champion in tennis in 2017. 

Personal: Her father, Glenn, played football at Duke ... interned with the advertising agency, BBDO, in New York over the summer, working in the account management department on the Mars Chocolate team ... cognitive & behavioral science major.
