Biography
2019-20: A two-year letterwinner ... will compete in the long sprints.
2018-19: Lettered for the second time … (Indoor) Claimed fifth in the 800m at the ODAC Championship (2/24) with a time of 2:00.33 … took fourth in the 400m (53.11) at the Susquehanna Invitational (2/16) … was fourth in the 800m (2:00.90) at the Noke Elite Mett (2/9) … (Outdoor) Scored in two events at the ODAC Championship (4/20) … finished sixth in the 800m in 1:59.02 and was eighth in the 400m with a career-best time of 50.77 … placed third in the 800m (1:58.64) at the Doc Jopson Invitational (3/30).
2017-18: Garnered a letter in his first season ... (Indoor) Placed fifth in the 800m with a time of 2:02.34 at the ODAC Championship (2/25) ... finished ninth in the 800m (2:03.97) at the Roanoke Tune Up (2/16) ... (Outdoor) Took fifth in the 800m with a season-best time of 1:58.40 at the ODAC Championship (4/21) ... crossed the finish line 12th in the 800m (2:01.05) at the Dr. Jack Toms Alumni Invite (3/24).
High School: Competed in lacrosse, cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field at Georgetown Prep ... was the captain of his cross country team, his indoor track team and his outdoor track team his senior year ... was the county private schools champion in the indoor 800m his senior year ... earned All-Interstate Athletic Conference (IAC) honors in outdoor track and field in 2017 ... a member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: His father, John, is a member of the W&L Class of 1987 ... his father also played lacrosse for the Generals, and his brother, Mitchell, is a senior on the Brown lacrosse team ... interned at the private equity firm The Carlyle Group over the summer … a member of the Williams Investment Society ... accounting major.
