2018-19: A one-year letterwinner ... will compete in the sprints and relays.
2017-18: Lettered in his first season ... (Indoor) Placed fifth in the 400m (51.43) at the ODAC Championship (2/25) ... also a member of the winning 4x400m relay (3:23.99) to earn All-ODAC accolades ... received USTFCCCA all-region honors in the 4x400m relay ... (Outdoor) finished seventh in the 400m (50.09) at the ODAC Championship (4/21) ... a member of the 4x400m relay (3:20.24) that took first at the meet and a part of the the third-place finishing 4x100m relay (50.09) ... ran a season-best time in the 200m (23.20) at the Phoenix Invitational (4/14) ... earned USTFCCCA all-region laurels in the 4x400m relay.
High School: Competed at Lincoln East High School during his prep career, earning one letter in track, one letter in football and one letter in basketball ... was the MVP of his track team in 2017 ... finished fourth in the 400m at the 2017 Nebraska State Track and Field Championship ... was a member of the 4x400m relay that placed second at the state championship in 2017 ... a member of the National Honor Society.
