2019-20: Garnered his third letter ... (Indoor) Scored at the ODAC Championship (3/1) with a seventh-place finish in the long jump ... registered a career-best mark of 6.44m (21'1.50") in the event ... took fifth in the triple jump (12.40m) at the JDL DMR Invitational (2/22) ... (Outdoor) No season because of COVID-19.

2018-19: Earned his second letter … (Indoor) Recorded a season-best leap of 6.29m in the long jump at the Noke Elite Meet (2/9) … (Outdoor) Was 12th in the long jump with a career-best mark of 6.35m and 12th in the triple jump (12.99m) at the ODAC Championship (4/20) … finished third in the triple jump (12.92m) at the WildCat Invitational (4/13).

2017-18: Lettered in his first season ... (Indoor) Finished 16th in the 60m at the ODAC Championship (2/25) with a season-best time of 7.28 ... registered a season-best mark (6.10m) in the long jump at the Roanoke Tune Up (2/16) ... (Outdoor) Scored in the triple jump at the ODAC Championship (4/21) with an eighth-place finish at 13.49m.

High School: Participated in football, track & field and basketball at Stone Bridge High School and Grassfield High School ... also competed in soccer and TaekwonDo while growing up ... helped lead his football teams to one conference championship, two region titles and a pair of state runner-up finishes ... also helped the track & field teams to a pair of conference championships and one state championship ... served as a football and track & field team captain as a senior ... in football, was a two-time all-conference, all-region and all-Loudoun honoree ... also named honorable mention all-metro and first team all-state as a senior ... in track & field, was a 12-time all-conference honoree ... also garnered all-region honors twice, was a region champion and three-time all-state honoree.

Personal: Also a member of the W&L football team ... earned All-America honors as a running back during his rookie campaign and is already the program's all-time leading rusher with 3,710 yards ... member of the Generals Leadership Academy ... worked with the youth program at the Chevy Chase Club over the summer ... politics major.
