2014-15: Lettered in junior season ... (Indoor) Earned Third Team All-ODAC honors at the ODAC Championship (3/1) as a member of the DMR, which took third in 10:56.16 ... (Outdoor) Recorded a career-best time in the 5,000m at the ODAC Championship (4/18) in 16:48.23.

2013-14: Did not compete.

2012-13: First-year member of the team ... (Indoor) ran a season-best time in the mile of 5:05.51 at the Denison Lid Lifter (1/26) ... finished with a time of 9:57.28 in the 3,000m at the ODAC Championship (2/22) ... (Outdoor) Took 18th in the 5,000m (17:20.84) at ODAC''s (4/19) ... had a personal-best time in the 5,000m of 16:58.02 at the W&L Carnival (3/22) 

High School: Earned six letters at Great Falls High School, three in cross country and three in track & field ... in cross country, he received the Rookie of the Year honor in 2008, the Most Improved Award in 2009, was a team captain in 2010 and 2011 and was selected for the Bison Pride Award and the Top Bison honor in 2011 ... in track and field, he was the Most Inspirational Athlete in 2012 ... garnered Academic All-State all four years in cross country and track and field.

Personal: An economics and East Asian languages and literature double major ... his brother, Will, competes at Washington University.
