2019-20: Garnered his second letter ... (Indoor) Scored in two events at the ODAC Championship (3/1) ... was fifth in the 5,000m with a time of 15:43.44, and took seventh in the 3,000m (9:06.35) ... recorded a career-best time of 8:49.02 in the 3,000m at the JDL DMR Invitational (2/22) ... finished second in the 5,000m (15:50.76) at the Finn Pincus Invitational (1/25) ... (Outdoor) No season because of COVID-19.

2018-19: Lettered for the first time … (Indoor) Was eighth in the 5,000m at the ODAC Championship (2/24) with a time of 16:19.13 … recorded a season-best time in the 3,000m (9:08.26) at the JDL Invitational (2/16) … (Outdoor) Placed fourth in the 10,000m (33:32.82) at the ODAC Championship (4/19) … notched a career-best time in the 1,500m (4:09.47) at the WildCat Invitational (4/13) … had a career-best time of 15:24.08 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (5/13).

2017-18: Did not compete in any varsity events.

High School: Earned 11 letters during his prep career at Walter Hines Page High School with four in cross country, four in indoor track and field and two in outdoor track and field ... garnered all-conference honors four times in cross country and was all-county as a sophomore, junior and senior ... was all-conference his junior and senior seasons in indoor and outdoor track and field ... was the county 3,200m champion during the outdoor track season his senior year ... a member of the National Honor Society. 

Personal: Economics major ... was an investment banking summer analyst at Lincoln International over the summer.
