2021-22: A three-year letterwinner and a captain this season.

2020-21: Earned his third letter ... (Indoor) No season because of COVID-19 ... (Outdoor) Set the program record for the mile and the 1,500m ... broke the 1,500m record twice, registering his fastest time of 3:51.86 at the Emory Final Qualifier (5/19) ... set the outdoor mile record of 4:15.72 at the W&L Spring Term Kick-Off (4/24) ... scored at the ODAC Championship by taking fifth in the 1,500m in 3:59.64 ... notched a career-best time of 1:54.12 in the 800m at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (4/17) ... earned All-Region honors in the 800m and the 1,500m. 

2019-20: Garnered his second letter ... (Indoor) Registered a career-best time in the mile (4:23.39) at the Noke Elite Meet (2/8) ... took third in the race ... notched a career-best mark in the 3,000m with a time of 8:57.82 at the VMI Keydet Invitational (1/18) ... (Outdoor) No season because of COVID-19.

2018-19: Lettered in his first season … (Indoor) Scored at the ODAC Championship (2/24) with a sixth-place finish in the mile (4:31.41) … recorded a season-best time (4:27.42) in the mile at the Camel City Invitational (2/2) … ran a season-best time of 15:50.39 in the 5,000m at the Winter Relays (2/8) … (Outdoor) Placed sixth in the 1,500m in 4:16.68 at the ODAC Championship (4/20) … notched a season-best time of 4:04.09 in the event at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (5/13) … won the 1,500m (4:11.36) at the Doc Jopson Invitational (3/30).

High School: Earned eight letters at Saucon Valley High School with four in cross country and four in track and field ... a three-time Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) state qualifier in cross country ... was the District 11 champion as a junior and was second at the district meet as a senior ... in track and field, he won the outdoor 3,200m at the PIAA AAA District 11 championship ... a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: His father, Brent, played lacrosse at Wilkes, and his grandfather, Gerald, played football at Susquehanna ... interned with Lincoln International over the summer ... economics major.
