2012-13: Earned his second letter ...(Indoor) Placed fifth at the Denison Lid Lifter(1/26) and the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games (2/08) in the shot put... took fourth in the shot put with a personal-best throw of14.03m at the ODAC Championship (2/22) ...(Outdoor) Earned First Team All-ODAC honors bytaking the conference title in the javelin (58.35m) at the ODACChampionship (4/20) ... claimed the top spot in the javelin(57.34m) at the Commonwealth Duals (3/30) ... set a personal bestin the discuss with a throw of 39.59m at the Joe HiltonInvitational (4/13) ... had a personal-best throw of 58.69m in thejavelin at the Aggie Last Chance Meet (5/12).  

2011-12: Lettered after only competing in theoutdoor season ... (Outdoor) Scored at ODAC''s(4/21) in the discus by taking sixth with a throw of 36.80m ...also placed seventh in the shot put (13.05m) and 13th in javelin(41.09m) at the conference meet ... had a season-best throw in thejavelin (fifth, 48.87m) at the Hopkins/Loyola Invite (4/14).

High School: Earned two letters in football and one intrack & field at Broad Run High School ... helped lead thefootball team to a Virginia AA Division 4 State Championship as asophomore and junior ... named the co-MVP of the track & fieldteam as a senior ... finished fifth in the state in the discus andsixth in the shot put as a senior when he earned All-Americahonors.

Personal: Father, Keith, wrestled at OhioState, Longwood and George Mason ... also a member of the W&Lfootball team ... a biology major.
