2020-21: Lettered for the third time ... (Indoor) No season because of COVID-19 ... (Outdoor) Scored at the ODAC Championship (5/2) by taking fourth in the 5,000m with a time of 15:18.10 ... notched a career-best time of 15:07.10 in the 5,000m at the Colonial Relays (4/2) ... placed fifth in the 5,000m (15:16.56) at the W&L Carnival Quad (3/20). 

2019-20: Garnered his second letter ... (Indoor) Earned Third Team All-ODAC laurels in the 3,000m and the 5,000m at the ODAC Championship (3/1) ... took third in the 3,000m with a career-best time of 8:54.70 and also was third with a career-best time of 15:32.00 in the 5,000m ... had a career-best time of 4:27.85 in the mile at the JDL DMR Invitational (2/22) ... won the 5,000m (15:50.73) at the Bast-Cregger Invitational (12/7) ... (Outdoor) No season because of COVID-19.

2018-19: Earned his first letter … (Indoor) Scored in two events at the ODAC Championship (2/24) … was fifth in the mile with a time of 4:31.40 and took eighth in the 3,000m (9:15.76) … registered a season-best time of 9:02.93 in the 3,000m at the Noke Elite Meet (2/9) … (Outdoor) Placed second in the 1,500m at the W&L Carnival (3/16) with a time of 4:06.88 … claimed ninth in the 800m (1:58.22) at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30).

High School: Lettered six times during his prep career at St. John's School with three in cross country and three in track and field ... finished third at the Southwest Preparatory Conference Championship in cross country as a senior ... his cross country team won the SPC Championship in 2014, 2015 and 2016 ... his track and field team won the SPC Championship in 2016 and 2018.

Personal: Accounting major ... was an investment banking intern over the summer.
