2018-19: Garnered his third straight letter … (Indoor) Helped total 26 points at the ODAC Championship (4/24) … he won the 400m (50.15) and was third in the 200m (22.52) … also the anchor leg of the winning 4x400m relay that took first in 3:25.72 … claimed first in the 400m (50.51) at the Noke Elite Meet (2/9) and was first in the event (51.62) at the Wilkins Center Invitational (1/13) … earned USTFCCCA all-region laurels in the 200m, 400m and 4x400m relay … (Outdoor) Recorded 29 points at the ODAC Championship (4/20) … was the anchor leg in the 4x400m relay, closing a 10m gap over the final 100m to claim first in the event in 3:21.32 … crossed the finish line second in the 400m (48.80) … claimed fourth in the 200m (22.27) and was a part of the 4x100m relay that took third in 41.71 … notched a career-best time of 11.16 in the 100m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30).
 
2017-18: Lettered for the second time ... (Indoor) Took second in the 200m (22.41) and the 400m (49.57) at the ODAC Championship (2/25) ... was the anchor leg of the winning 4x400m relay (3:23.99) at the league meet ... recorded an indoor personal best in the 200m (22.31) at the VMI Winter Relays (2/10) ... received USTFCCCA all-region honors in the 4x400m relay and the 400m ... (Outdoor) Claimed second in the 200m with a career-best time of 21.95 at the ODAC Championship (4/21) ... finished second in the 400m at the meet with a career-best time of 48.79 ... a member of the winning 4x400m relay (3:20.24) and the third-place finishing 4x100m relay (42.49) ... earned USTFCCCA all-region honors in the 4x400m relay.

2016-17: Earned a letter in his first season ... (Indoor) Was a member of the 4x400m relay that finished third at the ODAC Championship (2/26) with a time of 3:28.35 ... placed seventh in the 400m (51.34) at the meet ... notched a season-best time of 7.26 in the 60m at the UCS Invitational (2/18) ... (Outdoor) Earned First Team All-ODAC accolades as a member of the winning 4x400m relay (3:22.42) at the ODAC Championship (4/22) ... took sixth in the 200m (23.04) at the meet, and was fifth in the 400m (50.74) ... also a member of the 4x100m relay that placed fourth in 43.31 ... notched a season-best time of 49.94 in the 400m at the Liberty Twilight (5/3).

High School: Lettered nine times in his prep career with four in soccer, four in track and field and one in football ...was the captain of his track and field team for three years and the captain of his soccer team for two seasons ... named his team''s MVP for soccer and track three times ... won the D-IV state championship in the 400m and the 4x400m in 2016, and he was the state runner-up in the 100m and 200m. 

Personal: His father, Clifford, was a professional racquetball player ... led bike tour for teens across Europe with Apogee Adventures over the summer ... cognitive & behavior science major.
