2019-20: Earned his third letter ... (Indoor) Scored in two events at the ODAC Championship (3/1) and collected All-ODAC laurels ... finished second in the 5,000m with a time of 15:30.56 at the meet and was fourth in the 3,000m (8:58.54) ... notched a career-best time in the 3,000m at the JDL DMR Invitational (2/22) in 8:46.54 ... registered a career-best time in the mile (4:30.46) at the Finn Pincus Invitational (1/25) ... (Outdoor) No season because of COVID-19.

2018-19: Garnered his second letter … (Indoor) Collected First Team All-ODAC accolades as a member of the winning Distance Medley Relay (10:49.32) at the conference championship (2/24) … recorded a season-best time in the mile (4:33.09) at the Camel City Invitational (2/2) … (Outdoor) Placed seventh in the 5,000m at the ODAC Championship (4/20) with a time of 15:41.01 … registered a career-best time in the 5,000m (15:10.77) at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30).

2017-18: Lettered in his first season ... (Indoor) A member of the Distance Medley Relay that took second at the ODAC Championship (2/25) with a time of 10:57.66 to earn All-ODAC honors ... ran a season-best time in the mile (4:43.74) at the Roanoke Tune Up (2/16) ... (Outdoor) Scored in two events at the ODAC Championship (4/21) ... claimed eighth in the 1,500m in 4:09.64, and was eighth in the 5,000m (16:18.82) ... ran a season-best time in the 1,500m (4:04.55) at the Blue & Silver Challenge (3/31) ... notched a season-best time in the 5,000m (15:35.88) at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (5/14).

High School: Earned eight letters during his prep career at St. Mark's School of Texas with four in cross country and four in track and field ... earned All-Southwest Preparatory Conference honors four times in cross country and four times in track and field.
