2018-19: Three-year letterwinner for W&L.

2017-18: Recorded a top time of 49.28 in the 100 free at the ODAC Championships (2/9-11), as well as a mark of 23.18 in the 50 free at ODACs … also logged a 56.82 in the 100 back and a 2:02.48 in the 200 back at ODACs … clocked in at 27.51 in the 50 back against St. Mary’s (Md.) … named to the ODAC All-Academic Team.

2016-17: Swam his fastest time in the 50-yard free (23.39) and 500-yard free (5:03.50) in a tri-meet against Bridgewater and Ferrum (1/7) … clocked in at 1:52.50 in the 200 free at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational (11/18-20).

2015-16: Earned First Team All-ODAC honors after placing second in the 500 free (4:45.31) and second in the 200 back (1:56.57) at the ODAC Championships (2/12-14) … also competed on the 800 free relay that placed first at ODAC''s with a time of 7:00.71.

High School: Earned seven varsity letters in swimming at Spring Valley High School … helped lead his team to seven region championships … was the 4x100 Freestyle Relay State Champion in 2015 … garnered all-state and all-region honors in swimming in 2015.

Personal: Father, James, swam at VMI … also a Resident Advisor, member of 24 and SPEAK … was a 2016 Team USA qualifier for the ITU Triathlon World Championships in Cozumel … neuroscience major.
