2012: Three-year letterwinner and a teamcaptain ... will be one of the team''s top runners this fall.

2011: Competed in five events for the Generals... took 24th at the W&L Invitational with a time of 30:40.00(9/10) ... ran a season-best time of 27:47.90 in finishing 29th atthe ODAC Championships (10/29).

2010: Opened the season with a fifth-place finish at theW&L Invitational in 29:21 (9/11) ... ran a season-best time of27:30 in finishing 26th at the Great American XC Festival.

2009: Ran a season-best time of 27:54.2 at theGuilford XC Festival in taking ninth place … also recorded aTop 10 finish with a seventh-place finish (29:30) at the W&LInvitational.

High School: Earned four letters in swimming andthree in cross country at St. Andrew’s … also letteredin crew … won the conference championship meet in crosscountry on two occasions … two-time all-state,all-conference and all-county honoree … helped lead theswimming team to four conference championships … three-timestate champ in the 50 free in swimming … also a member ofthe three-time state-title winning 200 free relay team …three-time all-state and all-conference honoree … namedAll-American in the 50 free and the 200 free relay in 2009.

Personal: Also a member of the W&Lmen’s swim team … economics major.
