2012: One-year letterwinner and a team captain ... hasshown rapid improvement over the years and looks to compete for aspot in the top five.

2011: Ran in every race for the Generals in his thirdseason ... took 29th at the W&L Invitational (9/10) ...finished 44th at the ODAC Championships with a season-best time of28:45.70.

2010: Competed in three races during hissophomore season, running a season-best time of 30:03 at theDickinson Long-Short Invitational ... also competed in the W&LInvitational and the Great American Cross CountryFestival. 

2009: Saw action in two races during his rookieseason ... tallied a season-best time of 30:14.4 at the Guilford XCFestival ... also competed in the W&L Invitational.

High School: Earned three letters in cross country at RyeCountry Day … earned the coaches award as a senior.

Personal: Business administration major.
