2021: A three-year letterwinner. 

2020: No season because of COVID-19. 

2019: Ran in five races in his sophomore season ... finished seventh at the ODAC Championship (11/2) with an 8k career-best time of 25:23.1 to earn First Team All-ODAC laurels for the second straight year ... took 23rd at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional (11/16) in 25:53.70 to garner all-region accolades ... was 16th at the at the 6k Piper Cross Country Challenge (9/6), crossing the finish line in 20:21.40 ... received the USTFCCCA individual All-Academic award. 

2018: Competed in seven races during his first season … placed seventh (26:32.90) at the ODAC Championship (10/27) to earn First Team All-ODAC accolades … was the first W&L rookie to garner first team all-league laurels since 2013 … claimed 27th at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional (11/10) in 26:36.10 to receive all-region honors … notched a season-best time in the 8k at the Queen City Invitational (9/28) in 25:46.00 … was the team’s second-fastest runner at that meet.

High School: Earned eight letters at Saucon Valley High School with four in cross country and four in track and field ... a three-time Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) state qualifier in cross country ... was the District 11 champion as a junior and was second at the district meet as a senior ... in track and field, he won the outdoor 3,200m at the PIAA AAA District 11 championship ... a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: His father, Brent, played lacrosse at Wilkes, and his grandfather, Gerald, played football at Susquehanna ... interned with Lincoln International over the summer ... economics major.
