2021: A three-year letterwinner and a captain this season. 

2020: No season because of COVID-19.

2019: Participated in four races in his sophomore year ... garnered First Team All-ODAC honors with a fifth-place finish at the ODAC Championship (11/2) with a career-best 8k time of 25:19.10 ... went on to take 21st at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional (11/16), earning all-region accolades ... received the USTFCCCA Individual All-Academic award. 

2018: Competed in five races in his first season … was the team’s top runner at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional (11/10), finishing 19th with a season-best time of 26:25.50 on the 8k course … earned all-region laurels with his finish … led the team at the 6k Shenandoah Hornet Harrier (9/22), taking eighth in 20:05.70.

High School: Lettered six times during his prep career at St. John's School with three in cross country and three in track and field ... finished third at the Southwest Preparatory Conference Championship in cross country as a senior ... his cross country team won the SPC Championship in 2014, 2015 and 2016 ... his track and field team won the SPC Championship in 2016 and 2018.

Personal: Accounting major ... was an investment banking intern over the summer.
