2020: A three-year letterwinner. 

2019: Ran in seven races, highlighted by a second-place finish at the ODAC Championship (11/2) with a career-best 8k time of 24:59.20 ... earned First Team All-ODAC accolades at the meet ... followed that with a 13th-place finish (25:33.30) at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional (11/16) to garner all-region laurels, and he just missed qualifying as an individual for the NCAA Championship ... placed second at the 5k Eagle Cross Country Challenge (8/30) in 16:12.00 ... finished sixth at the Piper Cross Country Challenge (9/6) and The Preview at Greenhill (9/14) ... received the USTFCCCA individual All-Academic award. 

2018: Participated in five races during his sophomore campaign … placed 10th at the ODAC Championship (10/27) in 26:56.60 to earn Second Team All-ODAC laurels … ran a career-best time on an 8k course at the Queen City Invitational (9/28), finishing 49th in 26:13.00 … was 11th (20:10.50) at the 6k Shenandoah Hornet Harrier (9/22).

2017: Competed at four meets in his first season ... took sixth at the James Madison Invitational (9/9) with a time of 27:45.00 ... finished 16th at the ODAC Championship (10/28) with a season-best time of 26:16.70 ... in his first collegiate race, he was the team's fifth-fastest runner, claiming 35th (20:17.20) at the 6k Virginia Tech Hokie Invite (9/1).

High School: Earned eight letters during his prep career at St. Mark's School of Texas with four in cross country and four in track and field ... earned All-Southwest Preparatory Conference honors four times in cross country and four times in track and field.
