2019: A three-year letterwinner and a captain this year ... one of the team''s top returning runners. 

2018: Participated in six races, in what was her most successful season to date … garnered First Team All-ODAC laurels with a fourth-place finish at the conference championship (10/27) in a season-best time of 23:01.2 … earned USTFCCCA All-Region accolades, taking 19th at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional (11/10) … was the team’s third best runner at the meet, finishing in 23:29.9 … won her first collegiate race when she took the top spot in the 6k Shenandoah Hornet Harrier (9/22) in 23:28.6 … claimed 10th (24:02.0) at the Christopher Newport Invitational (10/6).

2017: Competed in six races during her sophomore campaign ... earned Second Team All-ODAC laurels for the second straight season ... took 14th at the ODAC Championship (10/28) with a career-best time of 22:42.30 ... was the team''s second-fastest runner at the 4k Dickinson Long-Short Invitational (9/30), finishing 19th (15:23.70) ... claimed 55th at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional (11/11) in 23:18.10.

2016: Ran in five races in her first season ... garnered Second Team All-ODAC accolades by placing 14th at the ODAC Championship (10/29) in 24:20.30 ... was 58th at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional (11/12) in 24:34.41 ... placed fourth at the ODAC Preview (9/9) with a time of 15:40.50 ... claimed 13th (20:12.60) at the Dickinson Invitational (9/1). 

High School: Lettered six times at Ralston Valley High School during her prep career with three in cross country and three in track and field ... was first team all-conference in 2014 and 2015 and second team all-conference in 2013 in cross country ... was the team MVP in 2014 and 2015 ... in track and field, she was first team all-conference in 2014, 2015 and 2016 ... was the individual league champion in the 1,600m in 2016 ... named an Outstanding Academic Athlete all four years of high school. 

Personal: Her father, Michael ’85, graduated from W&L ... was an accounting intern at Flywheel Capital over the summer ... accounting major.
