2019-20: Earned her second letter ... (Indoor) Garnered USTFCCCA All-Region accolades in the 800m and the mile ... won the individual ODAC Championship in the mile at the conference meet (3/1) with a career-best time of 5:17.59 ... also scored in the 3,000m (10:34.32) at the meet ... registered a career-best time in the 800m at the JDL DMR Invitational (2/22), crossing the finish line in 2:19.96 ... the time is the fourth-fastest in the indoor 800m in program history ... notched a career-best time of 10:30.51 in the 3,000m at the VMI Indoor Classic (2/15) ... (Outdoor) No season because of COVID-19.
 
2018-19: Lettered in her first season … (Indoor) Received Second Team All-ODAC honors by finishing second in the 800m (2:22.20) at the ODAC Championship (2/24) … was also the opening leg of the 4x400m relay that took third with a time of 4:16.98 at the meet … a member of the indoor school record-setting 4x800m relay at the Keydet Invitational (1/18) with a time of 9:35.89 … took third in the 800m (2:23.81) at the Susquehanna Invitational (2/16) … (Outdoor) Won an individual ODAC title in the 800m at the conference meet (4/20) … registered a season-best time of 2:20.58 in the race … a member of he 4x400m relay (4:09.84) that took third at the meet … a member of the school record-setting 4x800m relay (9:38.87) at the Penn Relays (4/27).
 
High School: Competed in indoor and outdoor track and field, cross country and tennis during her prep career at The Pingry School in New Jersey and St. Stephen's Episcopal School in Texas ... in cross country, she earned all-conference honors from the Southwest Preparatory Conference at St. Stephen's Episcopal School in 2015 ... in track and field, she was first team all-conference in the 400m in 2017 ... holds the Pingry indoor track 800m record and is a member of the record holding 4x400m relay and the 4x800m relay ... won the state championship in the 800m in 2017 during the indoor track season ... was a New Jersey sectional champion in tennis in 2017.

Personal: Her father, Glenn, played football at Duke ... interned with the advertising agency, BBDO, in New York over the summer, working in the account management department on the Mars Chocolate team ... cognitive & behavioral science major.
