2019-20: Three-year letterwinner for the Generals.

2018-19: Placed 10th in the 100 back and 16th in the 100 free at the ODAC Championships (2/15-17) … W&L Scholar Athlete for both the Fall and Winter terms … named to the ODAC All-Academic team.

2017-18: Garnered Honorable Mention All-America honors at the NCAA Division III Championships as part of the 16th-place 200 free relay (1:36.22) … claimed Third Team All-ODAC laurels with sixth-place finishes in the 50 free (24.92) and 100 free (54.07) at the ODAC Championships (2/9-11) ... also swam on the winning 200 free relay (1:34.88) at ODACs … named to the ODAC All-Academic Team and a CSCAA Scholar All-American.

2016-17: Earned Second Team All-ODAC honors after placing third in the 100 back (1:00.13) and 200 back (2:09.56) at the ODAC Championships (2/10-12).

High School: Four-year letterwinner in swimming at Saint Mary’s School … was a four-time state qualifier … also a four-time team MVP and received the All Saint Team Award three times … served as a team captain and was a member of the 2014 YMCA National Long Course Championship team … also a member of the cross country and track teams.

Personal: Capito Summer Research Scholar … member of Tri-Beta, Phi Eta Sigma and Alpha Delta Epsilon … Intervarsity Greek Life Coordinator … spent eight weeks in Xi’an, China over the summer with the Critical Language Scholarship, taking Chinese classes at Shaanxi Normal University … mother, Robin, played basketball at Liberty University … chemistry and East Asian Languages & Literature double-major.
