2011-12: Posted a 7-24 overall record and a 1-7 mark in Centennial Conference matches ... had three victories by pin ... logged 28 escapes, 15 reversals, six near falls and five takedowns during the season ... went 3-0 with two pins to claim the 184-pound title at the W&L Invitational.

High School: Earned four letters each in wrestling, football and lacrosse at North Cross School ... was a two-time placewinner in the Virginia State Championships in wrestling ... earned all-conference honors in lacrosse as a senior ... two-time all-area honoree as well.
