High School: Four-year letterwinner on the swimming team at South Mecklenburg High School … helped the team win the 2016 and 2017 NCHSAA 4A state championships … team finished as the state runner-up in 2018 and 2019 … NCHSAA 4A regional champions 2016 and 2019, and runner-up in 2017 … team was SoMeck7 Conference champions all four years … named an all-conference swimmer as a senior … participant at the state championships as a junior and senior … four-time participant and point-scorer at both the regional championships and conference championships … won the Coaches’ Award as a junior … National AP Scholar and National Merit Finalist … member of the National Honor Society and vice president of the National Science Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta Math Honor Society … junior marshal … qualified for the National Chemistry Olympiad.
