Biography

2016-17: Three-year letterwinner and a team captain.

2015-16: Earned Third Team All-ODAC honors after placing fifth in the 100 breast (59.93) and in the 200 breast (2:11.61) at the ODAC Championships (2/12-14).

2014-15: Claimed first place in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:03.03 against Hampden-Sydney (1/10) … won the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:19.08 against VMI and Ferrum (1/24).

2013-14: Was part of the 400 free relay team that placed third at Carnegie Mellon Invitational (11/16), finishing with a time of 3:27.59.

High School: Four-year member of the varsity swim team at McKinney High School … named best newcomer summer, most valuable swimmer and was a member of the record-breaking medley relay team … also named first-team all-district and all-region as well as honorable mention all-state.

Personal: W&L Johnson Scholar … W&L Scholar-Athlete and ODAC All-Academic honoree … member of Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, Alpha Epsilon Delta Pre-Med Honor Society and Pi Kappa Phi fraternity … also a member of University Shenandoah Symphony Orchestra … serves as a tour guide for the W&L Student Recruitment Committee and an English Tutor with W&L ESOL Organization … biology major.
