Men’s Cross Country, Track & Field Collect Six CSC Academic All-District Honors

GREENWOOD, Ind. - SIx members of the Washington and Lee University men's cross country and track & field teams were selected to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team.

Recent graduate Keaton Rush earned his third-straight citation from the organization while recent graduate Danny Jakubowski-Lewis and rising senior Leo Avigliano earned the distinction for the second time in their careers. Rising Seniors Robert Cooper and George Mann as well as rising junior Sam Daunt were selected to the All-District team for the first time.

The CSC (formerly CoSIDA) recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Student-athletes are eligible for this award by maintaining a 3.50 grade point average or better while ranking in the Top-50 in the region during the indoor or outdoor track & field season or at the 2025 NCAA Cross Country Regional Championship.

Rush was selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on Tuesday, July 14th.
