Women’s Swimming Falls at No. 15 Carnegie Mellon ,191-71

PITTSBURGH, Pa. - The Washington and Lee University women's swimming team dropped their second dual meet of the season, falling to No. 15 Carnegie Mellon 191-71 on Saturday afternoon. 

HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE MEET
  • The Blue and White fall to 1-2 in dual meets this season, dropping their fifth-straight dual to CMU. The Generals won two events this afternoon, compiling 71 points as a team.
  • Myla Rice had both of the Genearls' wins this afternoon, finishing in first place in the 50 freestyle with a winning time of 24.94s. She secured her second win in the 100 freestyle, clocking in a time of 53.89s.

  • The Generals are back in action on Friday, Nov. 1 as they host Southern Virginia University at 6 p.m. at the W&L Natatorium.
