READING, Pa. -- The Washington and Lee wrestling team dropped a pair of matches in the Albright tri-meet on Saturday afternoon. The Generals fell to Centennial Conference foe Johns Hopkins, 58-0, before losing to Albright, 39-3, in non-conference action.
Senior 149-pounder Corey Little (Charlotte, N.C./Independence) recorded W&L's (0-6, 0-4) only dual-meet victory of the day when he scored a 10-5 decision over Albright's Brandon Cuffee. Little also picked up a victory over Centenary College grappler Isiah Harris. He won that bout with a 12-4 major decision.
W&L will be back on the mat next Saturday at 12:00 noon when it competes in the Muhlenberg Quadrangular.
