W&L Women's Soccer Picked Second in ODAC Preseason Poll
The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) released its 2010 women’s soccer preseason poll on Friday morning and Washington and Lee was picked to finish second in the voting, receiving two first-place votes.

Sutherland and Goetsch Named Top W&L Athletes
Washington and Lee University held its annual Athletic Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, May 18 at Lee Chapel. Headlining the award winners were senior soccer/track & field athlete Maggie Sutherland (Pittsburgh, Pa./Sewickley Academy) and senior basketball/track & field athlete Ben Goetsch (Timonium, Md./Gilman), who were selected as the “Pres” Brown Outstanding Senior Female and Male Athletes of the Year as voted on by members of the department.
