Washington and Lee Partners With Blue Frame Technology to Provide Live Video of Athletic Events

LEXINGTON, Va. – Washington and Lee Athletic Communications is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Blue Frame Technology in order to provide live video streaming of athletic contests for the 2019-20 school year.

Blue Frame offers 1080p streaming and viewers can watch via their desktop computer or mobile devices.  Generals' fans can also use a streaming media device to watch on a television set through Team1Sports.  Simply search for the Team1Sports app via Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV or Android TV.  Once downloaded then search for Washington and Lee athletic events within the app.

Additionally, Washington and Lee will feature a custom Roku app which is downloadable for free on a Roku device.  Simply search W and L for the W&L Sports Network app within your Roku device.

Also new this year will be closed captioning of W&L athletics broadcasts, providing accessible commentary for the hearing impaired.

The first athletics broadcasts of the 2019-20 school year will occur on August 30, with women's soccer taking on Greensboro College at 12:00 pm and field hockey hosting Johns Hopkins at 6:00 pm.
