2012: Ran in five races for the Generals ... garnered Second Team All-ODAC honors, taking ninth (24:31.61) at the ODAC Championship (10/27) ... placed 25th at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional with a time of 23:42.83 (11/10) ... came in eighth at the Paul Short Invitational in 23:12.00 (9/28) ... finished fifth (25:30.00) at the ODAC Preview (8/31). 

2011: Competed in four of the team's six races ... earned First Team All-ODAC honors, finishing fifth at the ODAC Championships in 23:40.00 (10/29) ... took fourth at the Hornet Cross Country Challenge in 24:20.10 (9/1) ... ran a season-best time of 22:17.00 at the Don Cathcart Invitational (9/10).

2010: Finished among the team's top three runners in every meet in which she competed ... earned Second Team All-ODAC honors with an 11th-place finish at the ODAC Championships (10/30) … placed 49th at the NCAA Regional meet with a time of 24:09, just one second off her season best which she set at Lehigh (10/1) ... finished as the team's top runner, finishing 38th overall at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational.

High School: Four-year letterwinner in track & field and three-time letterwinner in cross country at Norris High School … helped lead both the track and cross country teams to a pair of conference championships … cross country team made two appearances at the state meet … also helped lead the track & field team to a pair of district titles … qualified three times for the cross country state meet, medaling once … three times was named all-conference in cross country … three-time state qualifier and three-time state medalist in track & field.
 
Personal: Was named high school valedictorian … recipient of the prestigious Johnson Scholarship at W&L … also competes for the W&L track & field team, receiving the ODAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award for the outdoor season in 2013 ... politics major with an emphasis in American government.
