The Washington and Lee men’s and women’s cross country teams were both honored as U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Teams as announces by the USTFCCCA recently.

The Washington and Lee men’s and women’s cross country teams were in action on Saturday morning at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional hosted by Guilford College. The W&L women placed fifth out of 27 teams, while the men finished eighth out of 24 squads.

The Washington and Lee men’s cross country team finished in third place at the ODAC Cross Country Championships hosted by Roanoke College on Saturday afternoon.

The Washington and Lee men’s team took part in the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble on Saturday afternoon and finished 19th out of 28 teams.

The Washington and Lee men’s cross country team, competing against mostly Division I opponents, took eighth place out of 10 schools in the George Mason Invitational at Bull Run Regional Park on Saturday morning.
