W&L Men's Cross Country Takes Second at Gettysburg Invitational
With three runners in the Top 20, the Washington and Lee men’s cross country team finished second overall out of 34 teams and was the top Division III squad at the Gettysburg Invitational on Saturday.

W&L Men's XC Claims Sixth at Don Cathcart Invitational
With a second-place finish from sophomore Mac Strehler (Moseley, Va./Trinity Episcopal School) and a seventh-place showing from junior Levi Warring (Williamsburg, Va./Lafayette), the Washington and Lee men’s cross country team finished sixth out of 20 teams at the Don Cathcart Invitational hosted by Salisbury on Saturday.

Strehler and Babington Earn ODAC Runner of the Week Honors
The Old Dominion Athletic Conference released its Runners of the Week on Monday and sophomore Mac Strehler (Moseley, Va./Trinity Episcopal School) garnered the honor on the men’s side and sophomore Alana Babington (Mobile, Ala./St. Paul's Episcopal) earned the recognition on the women’s side for the week ending September 7.

W&L Men's Cross Country Finishes Second at the Sewanee Invite
Washington and Lee sophomore Mac Strehler (Moseley, Va. / Trinity Episcopal School) placed second overall as the Generals’ men’s cross country team placed second of seven teams (69 pts.) at the 8K Sewanee Invitational on Saturday morning.

The Old Dominion Athletic Conference released its 2014 men’s cross country preseason coaches’ poll on Thursday, and Washington and Lee received 87 points, including one first-place vote, to land second out of 11 schools.
