W&L Men's Track & Field in Action at UCS Invitational

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The Washington and Lee men's track and field team sent four runners to the UCS Invitational at the JDL Fast Track on Saturday.

Highlights From the Meet

  • Senior MacKenzye Leroy (Port Jervis, N.Y./Port Jervis) finished sixth in the mile with a time of 4:19.99, and ninth in the 3,000m in 8:36.76.
  • Sophomore Austin Kinne (Bolingbrook, Ill./Neuqua Valley) registered a new personal best in the 3,000m with a time of 8:55.64, taking 20th overall.
  • Junior Hank Patrick (Baton Rouge, La./University Laboratory School) finished 26th in the mile in 4:34.80, and junior Alex Dolwick (Apex, N.C./GRACE Christian School) was 30th (9:05.48) in the 3,000m.
