W&L Men's Tennis Posts a 5-0 Win Over Lynchburg

LEXINGTON, Va. -- The 22nd-ranked Washington and Lee men's tennis team posted a 5-0 victory over Lynchburg College at the Duchossois Tennis Center on Tuesday afternoon.

The Generals dropped just four games in earning all three doubles points, before closing out the match with straight-set wins at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles.

With the win, W&L improved to 4-0 overall and 3-0 in the ODAC, while Lynchburg fell to 0-2 overall and 0-1 in conference play.

Washington and Lee will return to action on Saturday with a 3:00 pm match against Randolph-Macon.
