SALEM, Va. -- The 20th-ranked Washington and Lee men's tennis team opened its ODAC slate with a 7-2 road win at Roanoke College on Thursday afternoon.
The Generals swept all three doubles matches and took each of the first four singles matches to run away with the win.
The victory improved W&L to 3-2 overall and 1-0 in the ODAC, while the Maroons fell to 3-1 overall and 1-1 in league play.
The Generals return to action on Saturday as they travel to Guilford for a 1:00 pm match.
