W&L Men's Tennis Fends Off Lynchburg, 8-1
LYNCHBURG, Va. -- The Washington and Lee men's tennis team was in action on Thursday afternoon as the Generals posted an 8-1 victory over Lynchburg College.
W&L claimed all three doubles matches and every singles match except for No. 3 singles in improving to 3-0 overall and 2-0 in the ODAC.
With the loss, the Hornets fell to 1-2 overall and 1-1 in ODAC play.
The Generals return to action on Friday as they host Randolph-Macon for a 4:00 om contest.
