Lawson and Westfal Highlight Major Award Winners at W&L
May 15, 2012Washington and Lee University held its annual Athletic Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, May 15 at Lee Chapel. Headlining the award winners were senior soccer player Kat Lawson (White Post, Va./Clarke County) and senior football player Charlie Westfal (New Canaan, Conn./New Canaan), who were selected as the “Pres” Brown Outstanding Senior Female and Male Athletes of the Year as voted on by members of the department. -
W&L Claims the 2012 ODAC Overall Sports Champion Cup

Numerous W&L Students Earn Winter Scholar-Athlete Awards
April 24, 2012Washington and Lee Director of Athletics Jan Hathorn has announced that 185 students earned Scholar-Athlete awards during the recently completed winter term. The students are all members of W&L athletic teams and achieved a grade-point average (GPA) of at least 3.500. -
Numerous W&L Students Earn Fall Scholar-Athlete Awards
