Mark Miller is in his second season as an assistant men's lacrosse coach at Washington and Lee University.
Miller's first season resulted in a 12-7 overall record and an appearance in the semifinals of the ODAC Tournament. The Generals also ranked among the national leaders in scoring defense (6.95 GPG) and faceoff percentage (.620), while finishing second in Division III in man-up offense (.509).
Miller came to W&L from Colorado College, where he was an assistant coach from 2011-14. In this role, he served as assistant offensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator for the Tigers, who went 35-14 overall and advanced to two NCAA Tournaments in his three seasons.
Miller also served as the head coach of the men’s lacrosse program at Texas Christian University from 2007-11 and he has served as the co-director of the Maximum Lacrosse Camps since 2010. Additionally, he has been an equipment manager at TCU and Villanova after graduating from Adelphi with a bachelor’s degree in 2003.
Miller began his collegiate playing career at Ohio Wesleyan in 2000, earning two letters before transferring to Adelphi, where he was a two-time all-conference selection as a goalkeeper.
