Webb joined the W&L basketball staff after spending the 2009-10 season as an assistant coach at Washington College in Maryland.  In his one season with the Shoremen, he helped guide them to a 13-10 record, Washington’s first winning season in nine years. He also helped WAC to the conference tournament semifinals for the first time in four years and helped two players earn all-conference accolades. 

 
Webb has also spent time as an assistant basketball coach at Alfred University (2008-09) and Wesley College (2006-08), where he earned a master of business administration (2008). 

 
He is a 2006 graduate of Washington College with a bachelor of arts in business administration. While at WAC, Webb was a four-year starter, a three-time All-Centennial Conference selection and a two-time Team MVP. He remains the school’s fourth all-time leading scorer with 1,571 points.
