Domineque Scott is in her first year as an assistant field hockey coach at Washington and Lee.
Scott joins the Generals after two seasons as assistant field hockey coach and assistant to the athletic director at Washington & Jefferson College. She helped lead the Presidents to a 29-9 overall record and two appearances in the Empire 8 Championship, culminating in a 14-5 record, a conference championship and an NCAA Tournament berth in 2011. As assistant to the athletic director, she was responsible for a plethora of administrative tasks, including serving as the compliance director for her second year.
Scott's coaching experience also includes stops as the head coach of the Madeira School in 2009, middle school basketball coach at the Edmund Burke School for the 2009-10 season and as a graduate assistant field hockey coach at East Stroudsburg University for the 2008 season.
A 2008 graduate of East Stroudsburg with a bachelor of science in sport management, Scott was a four-year letterwinner for the Warriors' field hockey team. She later earned a master of science in sport management from ESU in 2009.
In addition to her coaching experience, Scott has also served internships with the Sports Challenge Educational and Leadership Alliance (2009-10), the Sussex Family YMCA (2009) and the International Sports Training Camp (2007).
