Randolph-Macon was selected second, while Bridgewater was tabbed to finish third. Emory & Henry was selected fourth, followed by Washington and Lee (5th), Guilford (6th), and Hampden-Sydney (7th).

W&L finished with a 5-5 overall record last season, 3-3 in the ODAC, and return 12 starters, seven on offense and five on defense.

The Generals will open their season on September 9, when they host the Blue Jays of Johns Hopkins in a non-league contest at 1:00 pm.
